Please : Please see your physician for evaluation. You should have a blood pregnancy test if the urine test is still negative. Blood testing is more accurate for beta hcg, the hormone of pregnancy. The spotting also needs to be evaluated. If you develop increased pain, vomiting, or light-headedness, then you would need to be seen as an emergency.
