Consider HRT: Complete lack of female hormones at age 32, can cause serious osteoprosis. Estrogen-progestin therapy is now limited to select cases for women who have menopause at 50 or so, but it should be seriously considered in women who are much younger when they become menopausal. Contraindications would be personal or strong family history of breast cancer and blood clots.
