Not at all: I assume you mean "free t4?" depending on the lab where the blood was processed, that appears to be a normal level. Your baby should be fine.

Yes and does not: I am assuming 3t4 means free t4. What is the tsh? That is more important to make a DX of hypothyroidism or subclinical hypothyroidism. Your baby will be fine - no need to worry.
