A member asked:

I got an ultra sound and the sac wasn't healthy, it's been 7 weeks now and there's no sign of a fetus there but that is normal.?

Likely not: If the pregnancy is truly 7 weeks, then it is not likely a viable pregnancy. Having said that, sometimes it's very difficult to determine when conception occurred. By 5 1/2 - 6 1/2 weeks, there should be a circle shaped gestational sac, a heart beat, a yolk sac and a small fetal pole.
