D/w her MD: She should discuss with her doctor on what to do to solve these problems. She will need to get some iron replacement- can be started with oral iron- unless if she can't tolerate it or does not respond to it then intravenous iron can be considered. Also need to know why her calcium is low. Need to get some supplement for calcium . Discuss also with her md on the cause of her joint pain.
