The two clear lumps inside your mouth may be secondary to previous biting accidentally of your lip causing a cyst formation or a recent viral infection such as herpes Symplex. These usually resolve on their own and they recur In the same area and usually resolve on their own. If they do not resolve will get larger visit to your PCP or dentist would be in order

SINCE THEY ARE PAINFUL YOU HAVE A CANKER SORE WHICH IS A VIRUS THAT IS PAINFUL. THIS IS CAUSED BY STRESS AND HIGHLY ACIDIC FOODS. THEY GO AWAY IN 7-10 DAYS, USE OTC REMEDIES FOR PAIN RELIEF..
