Male hair loss: Male pattern hair loss is common. Topical Minoxidil is the first treatment to try, and is otc so it's easy to get. Very few side effects, but it only works really well to regrow hair for 1/3 of men (1/3 get peach fuzz, 1/3 get nothing). Oral Finasteride 1mg helps keep what you have, but does not regrow a lot of hair. Side effects (libido, etc.) are uncommon, but possible. See your doc...
