Can you tell me if i could take anything in combination with tylenol (acetaminophen) cold pm?

Med interaction: You should always check if there is going to be an interaction with a medication you take regularly or for a brief illness. So it really depends what you want to use with the Tylenol (acetaminophen) PM. More Tylenol (acetaminophen) might give too high a Tylenol (acetaminophen) dose, but advil used to alleviate symptoms that were not managed well with the Tylenol (acetaminophen) pm would not interact with Tylenol (acetaminophen).
