Not good!: You have some type of ulcer or intestinal bleeding disorder and have become severely anemic and/or dehydrated! in this case, there may not be much that you can do yourself. If it is stomach ulcers, you can start taking acid-reducing medicines; but with signs and symptoms like this, you should make your way to the hospital to be stabilized, diagnosed, and treated aggressively and properly!

Go to E.R: If you having blood stools and you're getting hypotensive i.e. Your blood pressure is dropping. You should go to the emergency room and get evaluated by a physician.
