YOU ARE STRAINING YOUR MASSETER MUSCLE WHEN CHEWING NUTS. MASSAGE THE SIDE OF YOUR FACE AND PUT WARM OR HOT COMPRESS ON CHEEK. FIND SOMETHING SOFT TO CHEW ,THE NUTS ARE PROBABLY TOO HARD.

Can be from displaced disk in one of your two jaw joints, or could be due to muscle strain. With to very soft diet for 2 weeks. If you are not completely recovered by then, see your Dentist.
