Yes: There may b more commotion in the or for the protection of the staff, but people with hiv+ undergo many surgeries if they are medically cleared as with any one else.

Yes: Hiv status should not matter for any surgery. Other things to consider would be general health and if the body is physically able to undergo the surgery.
