I am 24 yr old.my height is 5.6.is there any chance that my height will increse further.is their any medicines or any particular exercise i should do.

Usually by age 16 the long bone growth plates which contributed to your height have closed and you will not gain more height at that point. This is a very intricate complicated process that is controlled by your brain an endocrine system. Medications or exercises I will not increase your height.
