Help yourself: Some people's bms cycle every several days, but they are usually not so hard as to cause pain / bleeding. You should use a stool softener daily (miralax (polyethylene glycol) is easy to use, dissolves into most liquids w/o grit or taste) to keep things moving more easily. If pain/bleed doesn't stop, need to see GI for closer look.
