Cluster B: "cluster b" is a category of personality disorders showing dramatic, very emotional, or erratic traits. Borderline, narcissistic, histrionic, and antisocial personalities are all included -- and all use primitive coping styles such as denial, projection, manipulativeness, etc. These features cause great difficulty in human relationships. Long-term psychotherapy is the treatment of choice.
