Hemachrormatosis: Or iron overload is associated with multiple glandular deficiencies, including low testosterone, but i would be surprised if this is occurring at age 29.

It can. : Yes, high iron levels can effect both pituitary and testicles. Seek out phlebotomy treatments to reduce your iron levels.
