Not totally: Assuming Mirtazapine is the cause of the urinary frequency (there are many possible causes), you may acquire some degree of tolerance to this effect, but it's doubtful it will disappear altogether.

It may not: Frequency to urinate is very rare side-effect of Mirtazapine and it is not known if it gets better or worse with time. If it is bothering you, you might want to switch to different medication.
