See a Gynaecologist: By visiting your gynaecologist or family physician who can do a pelvic exam and test for std . Pid is the sequalae of untreated std infection. Both can be the cause of pelvic pain.

Infection symptoms: Pid is an infection associated with foul smelling discharge, severe pelvic pain, fever. Endometriosis is not an infection and pain is usually worse during your menstual bleeding.
