How do i check that i am having an adequate sleep in night?

Feelings during day: If you feel well you may be getting enough sleep. Everyone is different but generally 8 hours per night is a good gauge. Do you feel well rested when you wake? Do you fall asleep during routine activities? If you have symptoms of sleepiness or fatigue during the day more than your peers you may be lacking.
