Be brave: We all fear change and the means of getting a brighter future. If you have been prescribed dialectical behavioral therapy, your life has led you to a point in which you realize you must learn new skills or you'll end up isolated, sad, and have no peace with yourself. The very fact you opted to do this indicates you want to take control of your life back from the turmoil of senseless emotions.

DBT : This is a common response for people who wish to undertake such changes, and personal growth. Ask yourself a question, how would you feel about yourself and your growth and development as a human being if you quit taking classes now? The hard work will pay off, I am sure.
