I am suffering with griping pains (like hunger pains) in my stomach, even when I am not hungry. It's most prevalent at night but also during the day.
I have been waking up around 3am for the past 4days with pains and feeling very hungry and empty. I have pains around my chest and stomach area. Yesterday I had a headache that lasted the entire day, felt dizzy, I vomited and have no appetite.
