No...: White rice has a high glycemic index and eating too much too often results in elevated blood sugar, Insulin and fat storage which can involve the liver. Brown rice has a lower glycemic index and produces fewer of these deleterious effects. So eating brown rice is healthier than white rice. Good luck!
