Taste buds: They are your taste buds also known as papillae. Do a google search if you want more information.

Most likely normal: If they change color or get larger, have it checked out. Currently they can well be within normal range.

Papillae: If they are all the way in the back in the "front" of the tongue, they maybe your papillae circumvallate.

Probably nothing: Painless, non changing bumps, with color consistent with the rest of the tongue are likely your taste buds. We have a few different kinds on our tongues with smaller ones being on top and in front with larger ones in the back and on the side. See pictures for foliate papillae, and circumvallate papillae.
