I have had a dull headache in my forehead/eye area for the past 4 days. no congestion. i do not normally have headaches. what could cause this?

Several things..: Eye/forehead aching is sometimes due to ocular surface problems (e.g., dry eye, allergy eye) because the cornea is exquisitely sensitive. If the pain is worse with visual activity, eyestrain could be the cause, and glasses could help. You could have congestion in your frontal sinus even though you don't feel otherwise congested. A lesser possibility is a migraine or other type of headache.
