Many possibilities: There are a number of treatment possibilities for varicose veins these days that don't require surgery. You should see a vein specialist who can make a recommendation for you.

Conservative: Most symptoms can be controlled with compression stockings. If not better with stockings over a few months then treatment by venous ablation or surgery is best option. Good results can be obtained.

Yes: Minimally invasive treatment of varicose veins is rapidly becoming the standard but without an exam and further testing it is impossible to say what would work for you.

Varicose veins: If your veins are the tiny spider veins they can be injected w a tiny needle to make them go away, if they are the bigger, ropey veins and you don't want surgery or laser therapy, a good support stocking will compress them while you are on your feet all day...They won't be bulged out all day so they shouldn't be as achy when you get home from work and try to relax.
