May be sleep apnea: If you used to snore and don't anymore - good!but if it is still a problem it can be from many things - anatomy, allergies, medications, medical issues. The most important one to consider especially if you have fatigue or tiredness during the day is called obstructive sleep apnea(osa). This can lead to many problems but is treatable with special oxygen set-up called cpap. You may need a sleep study.
