No medicine!: Best thing for babies is to figure out why they are vomiting. Is it too much breast milk or formula at a time. Is it reflux? Is it an allergy. Or are they sick. All babies spit up and it can be big! but if sick, or have a fever under 2 months of age, or recurring vomiting, be seen instead of using a medicine.

Vomiting babies: Important question is why is baby having vomiting. Most babies spill ( regurgitate ) a little milk but if baby is vomiting then its time to se a doctor , in mean time give small frequent feeds and ensure baby doesnt get dehydrated.
