Weak pulse get help: Weak pulse and feeling tired can indicate a serious heart problem and is an emergency ! feeling tired and thirsty, if you have felt this way for several weeks or months, could indicate a chronic condition for example diabetes . But, if your pulse is weak that should be evaluated immediately.
