Possible allergies?: If you normally seem to get post nasal drip during this time of year, then you may have allergies of your nose. You can still be tested for allergies during pregnancy. Since you are pregnant I would not take any medications without consulting a doctor. For the thirst you should also consult your OBGYN but it is likely a normal response secondary to pregnancy.
