Same as girl: There are many myths about heart rate or other symptoms that would identify fetal sex, & they will be accurate 50% of the time. Which means they really don't tell you anything at all. You get whatever you conceive & can occasionally find out the sex with an ultrasound if the anatomy is available during the study.
