Why is it that (depending on the disease) one disease can effect one person differently than another person with the same disease?

Genetics: Everybody is different due to genetic code. Immune system of one person can function differently due to genetics, previous exposures , vaccinations, physical strength and area of upbringing.

Genes: We each are different genetically, and this is not limited to our physical appearances. We each differ in our immune constitution, our physiological parameters, brain structure and so on. The abnormalities creating disease processes also occur to varying degrees in each individual. Makes life more interesting.
