Sleep hygiene + med?: Be sure you've not been escalating your caffeine intake or taking other meds in doses that might impair sleep (such as stimulant med for add). Engage in quiet activity for the last hour or so before bedtime, and be sure you're getting exercise earlier in the day. If the problem persists, see you healthcare provider to see if you may have a condition involving "racing thoughts" that may need med.
