DiY in-vitro: Sure, it's possible. You have to make sure that the sperm/semen is immediately fresh and warm. Many women have used the turkey-baster method to try to impregnate themselves, and many have been successful. This is assuming that you don't have an infertility problem and you have a fertile donor. I would suggest a "delivery" on days 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 during your fertile week.
