If persistent, see: Urologist or fp for exam. Might be early signs of torsion, which is surgical emergency if testis function is to be saved. If any bulging in groin, may be early hernia. Have doc evaluate.

Possibly: Scrotal pain has several causes such as dilated vein or varicocele, inflammation of scrotal contents. He should consult his primary care physician or urologist if the pain continues.
