You probably have a : Prominent MTP joint on the inside of your big toe or possibly an early bunion. Depending on the deformity you can have a complex bunion resection or a simple cheilectomy "bumpectomy". I would have a orthopaedist or foot specialist evaluate you to go through your options with you.
