See your doctor!: You likely have a bladder outflow obstruction, the most common of which is prostatic enlargement. You need to see a urologist asap in order to avoid acute urinary retention and prevent long-term bladder dysfunction.

Frequent Urinarion: Does urination only partially relieve the bloating? If so, it may suggest that you might have a "blind pouch" in the bladder of something else that is interfering with complete expulsion. A low grade bladder jnfection may also cause these symptoms. It is best to consult a urologist.
