Possibly: Endometriosis can impact fertility in several ways. The fact that you were on combined pills for many years means it has not likely gotten much worse during that time. So it is hopeful that the Clomid (clomiphene) will help. But other factors are also important, such as whether the endometriosis led to scarring in the fallopian tubes, your partner's sperm function, and more.
