Apple cider vinegar: Lisinopril belongs to a group of blood pressure medications that affect the way the kidney manages potassium, usually leading to slightly higher levels. Apple juice, and likely apple cider vinegar, is not a high potassium item. Some of my severe CKD patients would not be able to handle the acid load of apple cider vinegar, but a person with normal kidney function should not have any difficulty.
