Apple cider vinegar.: ....Is a pretty decent digestive aid. Many claims have been made about it, including its weight loss use and anti-fungal and anti-viral properties . Regarding diet, studies haven't been terribly positive. Studies regarding other properties are few and far between. It can potentially damage your teeth and lower potassium if you use too much. I think it tastes good, and eat it on salads.
