Several hints: Vit b 6 and unisom at bedtime. Dont let your stomach get empty or too full. Ginger root pills 3x daily (buy at healthfood store). Some people use sea bands or queezy bands on their wrists and these help half the people who try them (for sea sickness usually) if you cannot keep anything down seek care immediately.

Ginger: Agree w dr. Hale. A simple way to reduce nausea is with ginger. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger & steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip. Aromatherapy: sweet orange (citrus sinensis), peitigrain (citrus reticulata), mandarin (citrus reticulata) are different citrus scents that can decrease nausea.
