My daughter is very sad and angry she isn't able to do anything active because it makes her sad and she just wants to be alone what could this be ?

Have her seen: You don't list an age but this pattern suggests a clinically significant depression. Illness should be ruled out as a contributing factor but it is time for her to be evaluated.Recovery can start as soon as the issue is addressed.
