Why climaval?: I noticed that you're a 34 year old woman using a medication that is traditionally used for hormone replacement therapy. Is this because you had your ovaries removed? It is not uncommon for estrogen to cause breast tenderness in women who are on hormone replacement, but make sure that you start getting mammograms at age 40 and look for any suspicious lumps/bumps.
