Maybe: If your period is coming and was 7 days late it is likely to be heavier and more painful than usual. So see if your period comes in the next day or so. If the pain gets really bad you need to be seen.

Pregnancy test : Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. This is the first step. If the pain continues you will need to be evaluated by your doctor to investigate the many causes of pelvic cramping. This could be anything from an ovarian cyst, infection or intestinal problem.
