Pain: I don't think pregnancy per se is the cause of your pain. It is probably something else muscular related. See your doctor.

Common: Aches in muscles, bones, and nerves are a common part of the discomforts of pregnancy. Make sure you're sleeping in a neutral position, resting often, and you can use acetaminophen, ice, and massage for the pain. Rarely shoulder pain is referred form the gallbladder, so if you're having stomach upset as well you'll need to see a doctor.
