Dark under eye: No matter your skin color, there may be multiple reasons to have dark under eye circles. There are different techniques, including topical creams, peels, fillers, etc, to improve them depending on cause. It is best that you be evaluated by a cosmetic surgeon or derm that specializes in pigment control in skin of color. Read more at: http://skinmd-skinmdseattle.Blogspot.Com.

Some options: Depending on the cause and depth of the dark circles, some options include using topical eye creams to thicken the skin, injecting filler (i recommend only Restylane (dermal fillers) in this area) to fill in any tear trough deformity and camouflage the area to even a conservative lower lid blepharoplasty or eyelid surgery to remove fat. See a facial plastic surgeon for some options and a consultation.
