Fairly likely: Birth control pills these days have very low levels of hormone. Missing 4 days of pills may cause you to ovulate or start your period. Because of this, you must use a backup form of birth control for the rest of this cycle. Nothing will happen with your body if you miss 4 days of pills - maybe just some spotting and period irregularity. Just start over with the next pill pack as normal.
