Go see a DR ASAP: Have an ekg done just to be sure the symptoms are not heart-related. It could also be a sign of pinched nerve from the neck/cervical area. Take care!

Let me explain: The only possible way to get numbness in both arm, to have cervical disc problems , or have inflammations of the nerves for some reason (diabetic) but this usually generalized in arms and legs.
