Maybe: Since it has been a problem since childhood it may be from other causes, however having had 5 bypass surgeries suggests you have some serious problems with your blood vessels. It is common for people with a history of bypass surgery to have blockages in the big arteries in the legs as well. Such blockages can cause pain, or just aching and fatigue. A simple office test called an abi can diagnose.

PAD: Leg discomfort as a child is common. Now at your age and with known heart disease, you have a significant chance of having pad, or peripheral arterial disease. You should seek further assistance with your pcp.
