Maybe, but: Ask your retinal surgeon. I allow patients to resume exercise when i feel that they are out of danger of redetaching the retina. It can be anywhere from a month to three. Prednisolone eye drops are commonly used after eye surgery. Their side effects are cataract and glaucoma. This is often difficult and limits treatment. Check with your doctor.
