Yes & OK to pass RDA: Yes, this is a good one & better than most. It should not be relied upon as a source of calcium & magnesium (but no one-a-day has much of those). While it has 100% the rda of vit. D (400 iu), most adults need about 5000 iu/day to achieve optimal levels. The rda is the amount that prevents obvious deficiency symptoms in healthy people & has nothing to do with the optimal level for good health.
