Brain tumor: Headaches, seizure, confusion, change in personality, memory, difficulty finding words, aphasia, nausea, wt loss, incidental finding on a scan are all possible ways gliomas can present.

Seizure or headaches: Altered behavior is also common first presentation. The location of the tumor is important in determining the way brain function is altered. The large majority of headaches and seizures are not due to a brain tumor.
